We specialise in the installation and removal of thermal insulation protection systems of any composition, for hot or cold systems, corrosion prevention, process heat conservation, noise reduction, waterproofing and personnel protection.
Insulation installation and maintenance is a critical element in the reliability, operational integrity, energy efficiency, process optimisation and safety of an industrial processing plant.
Pipe Insulation:
From the smallest diameter pipes systems to the largest, and in a temperature range of -180°C to over 1,000°C, we can specify and install appropriate insulation materials that include:
- Calcium silicate
- Mineral fibre
- Cellular glass
- Polyisocyanurate
- Phenolic foam
- Fibreglass
- Nitrile rubber
Thermal Jackets:
Pipe and Valve jackets are designed to insulate pipework and valves helping to improve energy efficiency. They are also commonly used to provide insulation on low temperature systems for personnel protection. Our jackets are manufactured from grey silicone coated glass cloth with ductwrap as a filler. We have a range of standard profiles to suit all standard pipework , flanges and valves. Hooks , draw string and velco can also be incorporated for fastening and ease of removal.
Bulkhead and Deckhead Insulation:
Bulkhead and deckhead insulation services can be provided according to customer requirements and on any scale.
Sheet Metal Manufacture:
Sheet metal can be installed for mechanical protection or as a decorative finish from aluminium, galvanised, stainless steel, aluzinc or plastisol.
